3. Sourcing
Leather, linings, soles, insoles, accessories—there are endless material options to bring your shoe design to life, each available in a variety of colors and textures. That’s why we partner with the world’s most versatile suppliers, ensuring every material offers a refined touch, exceptional comfort, and a striking appearance.
4. Sample development
In this crucial phase before production, your design transforms from concept to a tangible product, ready for larger-scale manufacturing. Samples are often showcased to retailers at trade shows, featured on social media and websites, or offered directly to consumers for pre-orders.
5. Manufacturing
Following the sourcing and development stages, we move into production, a process that includes: Cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing.
6. Quality Control
To ensure flawless results and maintain production timelines, we rigorously oversee every stage of the footwear manufacturing process from start to finish. Our dedicated Quality Control team ensures that every product meets the highest standards through rigorous testing and inspections.
